  • The shield bears national color-red, white and blue, an indication that institution is genuinely Filipino and so express “Patria” into the field of the shield.
  • The cross occupies the center of the shield to give it the most important position in the field. It symbolized the Missionary Character of the Congregation.
  • On the Dexter side of the shield is the Emblem of the Congregation, the Augustinian Recollect Sisters.
  • On the Sinister side of the shield is St. Raphael, the Archangel, the patron Saint of the school.
  • Virtues and Scientia indicate the two-fold objective in teaching, Virtue and knowledge characterize a true Catholic Christian.
  • The outer rim contains the school’s name, location and the year when it was founded.
